Discuss Paul's Bathroom

Paul is going to remodel his bathroom. I think he should have white fixtures (bathtub with shower surround, toilet, sink).  The tub surround would mean he needs to eliminate the window or have a smaller window above the tub, which will be located along the back wall of the bathroom. Any ideas on colors, flooring (tile vs vinyl), etc. is appreciated, and pictures if you can find them.
